The weather is mild: the summer heat is over by November. Daytime temperatures in Makkah are around 25°C to 32°C. Evenings are cooler. Madinah is cooler still. Tawaf and Sa'i are much easier in this weather, especially for older people and children.

What Is the Weather Like for Umrah in November?
Makkah in November is warm but comfortable. Daytime is around 25°C to 32°C. Evenings are around 20°C. Madinah is milder, about 18°C to 29°C. Rain is rare. Light clothing is fine in the day. Take a light jumper for early morning prayers in Madinah.
This is why many pilgrims say autumn and winter are the best time for Umrah. The heat of summer makes the rituals hard. In November, they are easy.
